The period during which data will be processed

Your personal data will be processed by the COMPANY:
– for the conclusion and implementation of the contract, for pursuing claims, and for purposes
statistical and archival data administrator until the day the business goal ceases,
provided that the processing is in line with the original purpose of the processing, no
longer however than for a period of 10 years after the final termination of the contract.
– for the purpose of considering your complaint and claims – until the time when your potential claims for breach of data processing have expired.

Recipients of data

Your personal data may be entrusted to entities that process data on behalf of the COMPANY, such as IT service providers – such entities process data as subcontractors, based on an agreement with the COMPANY and only in accordance with the instructions of the COMPANY.

The rights of the data subject

You have the right to access your data, as well as requesting their rectification, deletion, and processing restrictions. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the administrator, you have the right to raise objections. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of conclusion and performance of the contract or processed on the basis of consent – you also have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. to receive personal data from the controller, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body
dealing with the protection of personal data.
